The event space must be kept clean and maintained before, during, and after each event to ensure a professional and safe environment. Prior to guest arrival, all floors, surfaces, and restrooms should be thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and stocked. During the event, any spills, trash, or restroom needs should be addressed promptly if staff is present. After the event, all trash must be removed, surfaces and furniture wiped down, floors cleaned, and restrooms disinfected, with the space returned to its original setup. A final inspection should be completed to check for damages, ensure all items are secured, and confirm the space is left in proper condition.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
