Health and Safety Measures
We take great care to ensure the space is clean, sanitized, and guest-ready for every booking. All poolside furniture, lounge chairs, cabanas, and high-touch surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each reservation.
The pool is professionally maintained and serviced regularly to ensure crystal-clear water and proper chemical balance. Outdoor areas, including turf, decking, and shaded spaces, are tidied and refreshed before each guest arrives.
Trash is removed, surfaces are wiped down, and the space is carefully inspected to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. Hand sanitizer and basic cleaning supplies may also be available onsite for guest use.
We kindly ask all guests to leave the space in good condition and dispose of trash in designated bins to help us maintain a pristine environment for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
