Welcome to a fully stocked to the brim 1250+ square foot studio where the content is limited only be your creativity! In addition to the fully open warehouse space, we have a packed client closet, fabric backdrops, high end floral backdrops, light stands, modifiers, furniture, props, and more. This type of space enables you to change the set for every single client, and that type of freedom lets you be as creative as possible. Whether you're looking for a plain backdrop headshot or a ghostly Victorian boudoir set, you're covered here.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Any clothing used is cleaned and sanitized between uses. Floors are swept and vacuumed, the bathroom is cleaned, and any used props or backdrops are cleaned between uses.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
