Our backyard is lined with towering palm trees and lush perimeter plantings, creating a completely private environment for your next production or gathering. The space features a stunning sparkling pool and a sprawling, well-manicured grass lawn. Our aesthetic is modern and bold, featuring a sophisticated Red and Black color scheme with pops of yellow and orange accents throughout the outdoor furniture and decor. When the sun goes down, the space transforms. We feature a custom color-changing LED lighting system throughout the garden perimeter and within the pool itself, allowing you to set the perfect mood or brand-matching backdrop for evening events. Included Amenities • Expansive Tropical Lawn: Plenty of lush, manicured grass surrounded by towering palms—perfect for yoga, lawn games, or production setups. • Tropical Perimeter: Privacy provided by towering palm trees and lush tropical plants. • Pool & Outdoor Seating: Access to our sparkling pool, comfortable lounge chairs, and dedicated modern seating areas (Red/Black aesthetic). • Ample Parking: Plenty of street parking in our quiet cul-de-sac. (Note: No parking on Mondays from 8 AM – 1 PM due to street sweeping). • Sanitized Restroom: A professional-grade portable restroom with a hand-washing station is provided on-site for every booking (located discretely in the side yard).

Health and Safety Measures

To ensure a premium and safe experience for every guest, we follow a rigorous preparation process before every booking: • Professional Sanitation: The $200 cleaning fee covers the coordination, delivery, and professional deep-cleaning of a private, on-site portable restroom facility. This unit is sanitized and stocked with hand-washing supplies immediately prior to your arrival. • Property Detailing: We perform a full "sweep" of the backyard, including pool skimming, debris removal from the lawn, and sanitizing all high-touch surfaces, including lounge chairs, outdoor tables, and the BBQ grill. • Pool Maintenance: The pool is chemically balanced and tested regularly to ensure it meets the highest safety and clarity standards for your group. • Trash Removal: We handle the disposal of all bagged trash left in the designated bins at the end of your booking, so you don't have to worry about hauling it away.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
