About the Space

This estate doesn’t just sit on the hillside — it commands it. A bold composition of stacked volumes, board-formed concrete, dark vertical cladding, and expansive glass, the architecture feels sculptural and deliberate from every angle. The approach sets the tone immediately: a long, clean driveway flanked by textured stone walls leading to a cantilevered upper level that appears to float above the entry. It’s powerful, cinematic, and unmistakably high-design. The exterior palette is restrained and confident — charcoal-toned wood, raw concrete, and horizontal stonework layered against manicured lawn and rolling greenbelt views. Deep overhangs create shadow lines that shift throughout the day, offering dynamic lighting conditions for production. The rear façade opens dramatically to an infinity-edge pool stretching parallel to the horizon, with uninterrupted views across open landscape. It feels private, expansive, and visually controlled. Inside, the material continuity is exceptional. Polished aggregate floors, dark wood ceilings, and custom millwork create a cohesive architectural language throughout. The main living area is wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass, delivering panoramic sightlines while maintaining strong, clean geometry for camera movement. The scale of the room allows for sweeping dolly shots, wide master frames, or intimate seating vignettes without visual clutter. Low-profile modular seating and warm accent tones balance the otherwise modern envelope. The kitchen and dining areas are statement spaces in their own right. A long marble island anchors the room, paired with custom cabinetry and integrated appliances that keep surfaces visually quiet. Adjacent dining tables — both formal and casual — sit beneath sculptural lighting and wood-paneled ceilings, creating depth and rhythm overhead. There’s also a secondary bar/lounge zone with dramatic lighting and shelving, offering a completely different tonal mood for evening scenes or brand content. A private lounge with curved built-in seating and layered lighting adds a hospitality-inspired environment — ideal for cocktail scenes, interviews, or upscale brand storytelling. The property also features a professional-grade gym space wrapped in glass and dark finishes, providing a striking contrast to the bright upper levels. It reads elevated, not utilitarian. Bedrooms maintain a softer tone while preserving architectural consistency — clean lines, warm wood paneling, oversized windows, and gallery-style walls. The primary suite includes a spa-caliber bath with full-height marble slabs, soaking tub, floating vanities, and controlled natural light. Every corridor and transitional space feels intentional, with long hallways and framed openings that create natural depth for filming. Outdoors, the infinity-edge pool becomes the hero. It runs flush with the landscape, bordered by expansive decking and shaded lounge areas beneath deep overhangs. The covered outdoor kitchen and dining terrace extend the interior aesthetic seamlessly, making indoor-outdoor transitions effortless for both production and events. The lawn beyond offers additional usable space for staging, tenting, or guest flow. Logistically, the property is extremely production-friendly. The driveway supports controlled access and equipment load-in. The multi-level layout allows departments to operate simultaneously without interference. Wide glass sliders simplify gear movement. The lower-level spaces can function as holding, wardrobe, or crew areas while primary scenes remain undisturbed above. For events, this estate operates like a private modern resort. The main living level opens entirely to the pool terrace for sunset cocktail receptions. The dining spaces accommodate curated seated dinners with dramatic architectural backdrop. The lower-level lounge and bar provide a nightlife-style atmosphere, while the outdoor covered terrace supports catering without disrupting guest experience. The greenbelt views ensure privacy and an uninterrupted horizon — a rare advantage for high-profile gatherings. This is a property defined by strength, precision, and spatial drama — a modern monolith that delivers architectural credibility and seamless functionality for both large-scale productions and elevated events.
