About the Space

Located in sunny Encinitas, near beautiful coastlines, sandy beaches, and a thriving downtown, this holistic Retreat (boutique B&B) was built based on the twelve human senses, established by 19th C architect and philosopher Rudolf Steiner. We are exited to share our passion for sustainability and well-being! This listing includes the multi functional lobby/ studio space and rooftop with outdoor fire place and kitchen/ barbecue only. We are working on another listing to include the 4 bedrooms for photoshoots and production and it will be listed soon. Otherwise the rooms can be booked under the Retreat's website www.twelvesensesretreta.com We are less than two miles from Swamis beach, the Meditation Gardens, the Yogananda Center, and downtown Encinitas along historic Highway 101. We are approximately 25 miles from downtown San Diego and the San Diego International Airport.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
