It’s ideal for guests who are looking for a clean, well-kept environment and plan to use the space respectfully. This is not a party space. We prioritize bookings that are quiet, organized, and mindful of the home. The property is best suited for: Photo and video shoots Content creation (social media, podcasts, branding) Small team meetings or workshops Book clubs, small gatherings, or wellness sessions Please note: Maximum guest count depends on the type of booking and must be approved in advance Music is allowed at a reasonable level, but must respect neighbourhood quiet hours No parties, large gatherings, or disruptive events No smoking Pets must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional fees if any damage occurs Guests are responsible for full cleanup and must leave the space as they found it Parking includes 2 driveway spots, with additional limited street parking available. This is a quiet, private home, best suited for guests who will treat the space with care.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
