Cleaning & Turnover Process:
The Lodge at Deer Meadows maintains a high standard of cleanliness and presentation to ensure every guest arrives to a pristine and welcoming space. We partner with a professional cleaning team that services the property on a weekly basis, as well as conducts thorough post-event cleanings after each booking.
Following every event, the lodge undergoes a detailed reset, including sanitization of all high-touch surfaces, full kitchen and restroom cleaning, trash removal, floor care, and a complete refresh of all indoor and outdoor areas. Our team ensures that furniture is reset, spaces are styled appropriately, and the property is returned to its original condition in preparation for the next guest.
In addition to routine cleanings, periodic deep cleans are performed to maintain the overall quality, comfort, and elevated experience of the space.
While standard cleaning is included, clients are expected to leave the space in reasonable condition. Excessive mess, damage, or cleanup beyond normal use may result in additional cleaning fees.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
