Health and Safety Measures

1. Studio Reset (Floors, Surfaces, and Space) Purpose: Return the studio to a clean, neutral, photo‑ready state. • Sweep entire studio floor • Spot‑mop any marks, spills, or shoe scuffs • Wipe down all surfaces:• Tables • Counters • Mirrors • Makeup station • Props and furniture • Disinfect high‑touch areas:• Door handles • Light switches • Bathroom fixtures • Straighten all furniture and props into their designated positions --- 2. Backdrops & Sets Purpose: Protect backdrop inventory and maintain a professional look. • Roll up all backdrops neatly • Cut off dirty or damaged sections • Cover rolls to prevent dust • Reset backdrop stands to default position • Put clamps, poles, and accessories back in their bins • Remove any tape, residue, or marks from the floor --- 3. Equipment Shutdown & Storage Purpose: Protect gear and ensure everything is ready for the next booking. • Turn off and unplug all lights • Remove bulbs from hot lights if required • Coil all cables neatly and store them • Wipe fingerprints off softboxes, reflectors, and modifiers • Return all gear to its labeled storage area • Charge all batteries • Format studio memory cards (if applicable) • Inspect equipment for damage or missing pieces --- 4. Trash & Waste Removal Purpose: Prevent odors, pests, and clutter. • Empty all trash cans • Replace liners • Remove trash from the building (not left inside overnight) • Check behind furniture and sets for hidden trash • Dispose of any leftover client items (unless valuable) --- 5. Bathroom & Client Areas Purpose: Maintain a clean, welcoming environment. • Wipe down sink and mirror • Restock toilet paper, soap, and paper towels • Empty bathroom trash • Sweep bathroom floor • Ensure the space smells clean and fresh

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
