We will host your Wedding Reception parties, graduation parties, quinceanera’s, swim parties (you must be 21 or over).
brunch parties by the pool bring your own booze or we can supply a bartender.
You must be 21 and over to request booking the location.
External catering/food is welcome are we can provide catering.
This is a non-smoking environment. Contractually, you will be responsible for a cleanup fee if smoking is detected on the property.
Restroom(s) use for crews and guests is allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
