The space blends early-1900s character with richly layered interiors, including multiple styled rooms, lounge areas, dining spaces, a chef-style kitchen, wraparound patio, balconies, and approximately 5,000 square feet of outdoor garden space for approved event use. It works especially well for executive meetings, team strategy sessions, client gatherings, private dinners, content shoots, bridal events, and small celebrations. Guests can flow naturally between indoor and outdoor areas, using the home for focused conversation, breakout sessions, styled hospitality moments, photography, and relaxed social gathering. The setting is intentionally more intimate and atmospheric than a traditional conference room or event hall, offering a private residential feel with boutique hospitality details. The space is best suited for curated events where design, privacy, and experience matter.

Health and Safety Measures

The space is professionally cleaned before each booking, with attention to high-touch surfaces, restrooms, kitchen areas, floors, and commonly used gathering spaces. Trash is removed, surfaces are reset, and the space is prepared for guest arrival prior to each event. For larger or more complex bookings, additional cleaning or turnover support may be coordinated as needed.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
