Located in the heart of Highland Park, our creative studio is a versatile workshop and photo studio space designed for art workshops, content creation, and production shoots. The studio blends industrial elements with warm minimalist design, featuring a signature red accent wall and curated textural decor. The layout is thoughtfully designed for both hands-on experiences and production: • Main Creative Area: Two large communal tables with 12 chairs (all with back support), comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests — ideal for workshops, styling, or collaborative sessions. • Styled Backgrounds: Aesthetic shelving with artisanal ceramics, perfect for product photography and editorial content. • Prep & Refreshment Station: Utility sink, coffee maker, and tea area for convenience during bookings. • Amenities: High-speed WiFi, private restroom, and professional craft aprons available for use. Health and Safety Measures

We take great care in maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment. As this is also a space we personally use for our own work, we pay extra attention to keeping it well-maintained. All surfaces, tools, and shared areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between bookings, with extra care given to high-touch areas. The space is also regularly ventilated to ensure a fresh and comfortable experience for every guest.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
