The Swing Spot is a unique 13,000 sq ft indoor venue designed for high-energy corporate events, team-building experiences, and off-site meetings. Located just minutes from Dublin and Marysville, the space offers a clean, modern environment that breaks away from traditional conference rooms and keeps groups engaged.
The facility features a large open turf area (approximately 2,800 sq ft) that can be configured for meetings, presentations, or group activities. In addition, the space includes multiple batting cages with automated pitching machines and performance tracking technology, offering an interactive element that’s ideal for team-building and networking.
This is not a typical meeting space. It’s designed for companies looking to host something more memorable and engaging.

The facility is cleaned and reset before each booking, with a focus on high-traffic and high-touch areas including seating, tables, equipment surfaces, and restrooms. The open layout allows for easy upkeep throughout events, and our team regularly monitors the space to maintain a clean environment during use.
Equipment and shared surfaces are wiped down between groups, and trash is removed promptly to keep the space organized and presentable at all times.
Our goal is to provide a space that feels clean, well-maintained, and ready for your team from the moment you arrive.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
