Welcome to a private heated indoor pool retreat designed for year-round gatherings, celebrations, photo shoots, wellness events, and small private experiences. The space features a dramatic indoor saltwater pool with fountains, suspended swings, lounge seating, and an adjacent bar-style area that creates a unique resort-like feel without leaving the city. Guests can use the pool area for swimming, relaxing, content creation, family celebrations, birthday gatherings, bridal or baby showers, wellness sessions, and lifestyle shoots. The layout includes the main indoor pool room, surrounding lounge/seating areas, a private restroom/changing area, and access to outdoor hangout space with private pond views. Unique amenities include the heated indoor pool, eye-catching fountains, indoor swings, bar/lounge atmosphere, private changing area, on-site parking, and free street parking. The space feels private, memorable, and highly photogenic, making it ideal for both social events and creative productions.

Health and Safety Measures

The space is cleaned and reset before each booking, including the pool area, lounge/seating areas, restroom/changing area, and high-touch surfaces. Guests are asked to leave the space tidy and remove all personal items at departure.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
