Got it — customer-facing for the listing. Reworked for producers reading before they book.
## DRAFT — Cleaning Process (Peerspace listing)
**Before you arrive:** The cabin is professionally cleaned, fully staged, and photographed against a master reference set so the condition is documented. Floor protection, fire extinguishers, and trash bins are staged and ready.
**Walkthrough at load-in:** Our on-site rep meets your location manager, confirms COI and County permit, walks the space against the reference photos, and signs off on existing condition. Fire extinguisher locations are pointed out before crew unloads.
**At wrap:** Same walkthrough, same photos. Production is expected to bag and bin all trash (catering, set dressing, gels, gaff tape, consumables), return furniture to staged position, leave the kitchen tidy, and sweep floors of major debris. Anything flagged at wrap is documented in writing with photos. A clean wrap releases the security deposit within 48 hours.
**Cleaning fee covers:** full kitchen and bath, hardwood floor care, dust and surface wipe-down, linens laundered, paper goods restocked, and reset to staged position. Multi-day bookings include a 60–90 minute refresh between shoot days (bath, kitchen, fresh towels, trash) on request.
**Special-care items handled by our team only** — please don't clean these: the Moon Gate, the original single-pane living room windows, the 1930s wood stove, the claw-foot tub, and the original 1946 built-ins. Vintage methods, no commercial chemicals.
**Charged in addition to the cleaning fee:**
- Smoke or vape residue — automatic full deep clean and odor treatment
- Fog or haze machine residue on glass and surfaces
- Catering grease beyond normal use
- Unapproved pet hair
- Wall, ceiling, or floor marks requiring spot treatment beyond standard turnover
- Damage to original 1946 elements, restored at production's expense by a qualified vintage contractor
