Located beside the Metra train tracks at the Green Exchange Building on Diversey Avenue, Trogo’s outdoor urban farm is a relaxed and intimate space perfect for cocktail hours, private dinners, celebrations, and team gatherings. The space offers a mix of shade and sun with a comfortable open-air atmosphere, paired with chef-led catering from our in-house culinary team. Capacity: Standard seated layout: 4 tables of 8 guests (32 seated) Up to 50 guests standing for cocktail-style events Our chefs can curate passed appetizers, buffet-style meals, family-style dinners, and custom menus using fresh ingredients sourced from local purveyors and our onsite urban micro-farm.

Health and Safety Measures

We have a mandatory cleaning fee that goes toward post-event cleaning, sanitation, trash removal, and resetting the space for future events. We simply ask guests to leave the venue in the same general setup and condition in which it was found.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
