Our Washington Conference Room comfortably accommodates 20–30 guests, depending on your preferred layout—whether that’s boardroom-style, classroom seating, or an open setup for workshops and events. The room is fully equipped with a 55” display monitor, large whiteboard, and conference phone, making it ideal for presentations, team meetings, trainings, and collaborative sessions. Need a custom setup? We’ve got you covered—seating arrangements can be tailored to fit your needs. For larger gatherings, we simply ask for a 2-business-day heads-up for groups of 10+ guests so we can ensure everything is perfectly prepared for your arrival. Your experience doesn’t stop at the conference room door. Baskets with disinfect wipes, disinfectant spray, hand sanitizer, and masks are in each of our workspaces. Guests must clean behind themselves. Our bookings are spaced 30 minutes apart to allow for cleaning in between bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
