About the Space
Welcome to our historic district Ditmas Park home! Built in 1903, the house is full of soul with beautiful finished wood floors, 10 foot ceilings and windows galore. The first floor is vast, with a long living room/dining room, a cozy couch room, and completely remolded kitchen. The backyard is lush with foliage seating. The driveway is extra long and can fit 5 cars, plus a garage. The basement is also available for additional behind the scenes and makeup space.
