Located in Newhall, this former Wells Fargo building offers a rare and authentic setting full of character and potential to be a great location for your project
The space retains much of its original layout, including a traditional teller counter, private offices, and a fully intact bank vault providing a genuine backdrop that’s difficult to replicate. In addition we have used one of the old offices to create a hospital room, and waiting room giving the location more value for creatives.

Health and Safety Measures
We keep things simple but thorough. Between every booking, the space gets a complete reset and wipe-down so it’s fresh and ready for the next crew. This includes sanitizing all high-touch surfaces across the sets (from the vault doors to the hospital bed), sweeping and mopping the floors, and emptying the trash. All we ask of renting crews is a basic "pack-in, pack-out" courtesy: please tidy up your production trash and pop any moved furniture back where you found it before your time is up.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
