To help us keep everything in great condition, we kindly ask guests to complete a few simple steps before checkout:
Before You Leave
Place all used towels in the bathroom or laundry area
Dispose of trash in the designated bins
Wash any used dishes or place them neatly in the sink
Return furniture and items to their original place
Traveling with Pets
If bringing a pet:
Please remove excess pet hair before checkout
Keep pets off furniture (or use a cover)
Do not leave pets unattended in the space
Please Avoid
Leaving excessive mess or spills
Stains on linens or towels
Strong odors (smoke, etc.)
Good to Know
Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover cleaning.
Additional cleaning may apply if extra time is required due to the condition of the space.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
