Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take cleaning very seriously to ensure a fresh, safe space for every guest and production crew.
• The entire home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every booking using hospital-grade disinfectants on all high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, countertops, remotes, tables, etc.).
• We follow a detailed checklist: bathrooms are sanitized, floors are vacuumed and mopped, kitchen is wiped down, and all bedding/towels are professionally laundered.
• The home is aired out with open windows and HEPA air purifiers running between stays.
• We allow a minimum of 4 hours between bookings for proper cleaning and ventilation.
Your health and safety (and that of our crew) is our top priority. The space will be spotless when you arrive!
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
