The room is ideal for podcast productions, interviews, livestreams, content creation, music-related media sessions, team meetings, rehearsals, watch parties, networking sessions, and other content-driven productions. Its spacious yet intimate layout allows for comfortable production setups while maintaining a relaxed lounge environment for talent, crew, or guests. The space comfortably accommodates up to 15 People (Cast/Crew), with a maximum capacity of 17 depending on setup requirements. Optional add-ons such as professional photography, videography, and media support services may be available upon request to enhance your booking. Production-related services are booked separately and may require minimum hour commitments depending on the scope of the project. No security deposit is required for this room. However, in the event of damages, excessive mess, spills, or violations requiring repair or deep cleaning, a minimum $200 fee will apply. Additional charges may be required if repair or replacement costs exceed the minimum fee.
