Sitting on a 10,000 sq ft lot with 4,000 sq ft of usable indoor space and a generous 3,500 sq ft outdoor area, it's purpose-built for photoshoots, video shoots, and events of nearly any scale. The space pairs a professional 2,500 sq ft studio (anchored by a large cyclorama) with creature-comfort amenities like a VIP lounge, dedicated green room, glam stations, and a kitchenette — so your cast and crew can stay productive and comfortable all day. With on-site equipment rentals, serious power infrastructure, easy butterfly-door load-in, and on-site parking, NOVA removes the usual friction of a production day. Open 8:30am–6:30pm, seven days a week.
