Our 2,400 sq. ft. creative warehouse studio is designed for professional photography, video production, music videos, content creation, interviews, livestreams, podcasts, and branded shoots. The studio features a large custom cyclorama wall measuring 12 ft high x 25 ft wide x 20 ft deep, providing a seamless backdrop ideal for commercial productions, fashion shoots, automotive setups, music videos, and cinematic filming. Health and Safety Measures

Basic cleaning includes: Throwing away trash Taking out food and drinks brought into the studio Returning furniture and equipment to original placement Wiping down minor spills Leaving the studio in the same general condition it was received Additional cleaning fees may apply for: Excessive trash or large messes Glitter, confetti, powder, paint, smoke effects, or fake blood Dirty or damaged cyclorama wall Stains, spills, or damage to furniture/equipment Large amounts of leftover food or catering waste Failure to clean up after pets or large productions Cleaning & Disinfecting We perform routine cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces between bookings, including commonly used areas such as door handles, restroom surfaces, tables, and lounge areas. Guests are expected to complete basic cleanup after their session, including: Throwing away trash Removing food and drinks Cleaning up spills Returning furniture and equipment to original placement Additional cleaning or disinfecting fees may apply for excessive messes, bodily fluids, smoke, strong odors, or productions requiring specialty sanitation.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
