We prioritize maintaining a clean, professional, and inviting environment for all our guests. Our cleaning procedures ensure that the studio is fresh and ready for every booking while upholding high hygiene and safety standards.
🧼 Between Every Booking
Common surfaces are wiped down, including door handles, light switches, and furniture.
The space is swept for debris to ensure a tidy and clutter-free area.
Mirrors, floors, and high-touch areas are cleaned and wiped down as needed.
🧹 Daily Deep Cleaning
A full cleaning of the studio is completed before the start of each day.
This includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting all surfaces to maintain a fresh and sanitized environment.
🚻 Bathrooms
Restrooms are located in the common space and are maintained by our leasing company.
While we do not manage bathroom cleaning, they are regularly serviced for cleanliness.
🗑 Guest Expectations
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it.
Please dispose of any trash in the provided bins and remove any equipment, props, or rentals brought in.
Setup and teardown time should be included in your booking to allow for proper cleanup.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
