Welcome to **Legends Lounge by Studio of Legends**, a private creative event space in Downtown Toronto designed for birthdays, private parties, karaoke nights, listening parties, networking events, celebrations and intimate live events. The 1,250 sq. ft. open-concept lounge features a dedicated stage, professional sound, projector and screen, customizable lighting, lounge seating, tables, kitchen/bar area and high-speed Wi-Fi. The flexible layout can be rearranged depending on your event, with space for up to **50 seated guests or 60 standing guests**. **Perfect for:** • Birthday parties • Private events & celebrations • Karaoke nights • Listening & release parties • Networking events • Live performances • Creator events • Workshops & presentations Located in Downtown Toronto with Green P parking directly beside the building and convenient access to public transit. Hourly, half-day and full-day private bookings are available.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Legends Lounge is professionally prepared and inspected before each booking. Our team maintains clean seating areas, event surfaces, washrooms, and shared equipment. The space is inspected before and after events to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming experience. Guests are expected to leave the venue in a reasonable condition, dispose of their event materials, and respect all furnishings and equipment. Additional cleaning or damage-related charges may apply in accordance with Peerspace policies.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
