Our versatile lounge can be enjoyed as a blank canvas or fully customized to bring your vision to life dawn till dusk. The venue is within the Rail House NoDa development and can host a max capacity of 350 people in ~6,500 square feet and includes four restrooms for guest convenience. The space can be made more intimate for smaller occasions featuring stunning décor and comfortable seating for 50+ guests. Pricing $250 per hour 1-29 attendees 30-49 attendees add $100/hr 50-99 attendees add $200/hr 100-199 attendees add $400/hr 200-350 attendees add $500/hr Catering, beverage and design service available for an additional fee. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
