* Return all furniture, tables, chairs, and equipment to their original locations.
* Do not drag furniture across floors.
* Report any damage, spills, or maintenance concerns before leaving.
Kitchen & Refreshment Areas (If Applicable)
* Dispose of all food and beverages.
* Wipe down counters, tables, and appliances used during your rental.
* Wash and return any dishes or utensils provided.
Floors
* Sweep any excessive debris, confetti, glitter, flower petals, or other event materials.
* Remove tape, stickers, or adhesives used during your event.
Restrooms
* Dispose of all trash properly.
* Ensure personal items and event materials are removed.
Final Walkthrough
Before departing, please:
✓ Turn off lights and equipment not required to remain on.
✓ Lock doors if instructed.
✓ Confirm all guests have exited the property.
✓ Send a message through Peerspace confirming your event has concluded.
Additional Cleaning Fee
The space is professionally cleaned between bookings. However, excessive trash, stains, damage, glitter, confetti, food waste, or failure to follow the cleanup guidelines may result in an additional cleaning fee.
