About the Space
A great place for family activities, such as Easter hunts, outdoor parties, charity events, family gatherings/reunions, wedding venues, etc. Renter must bring own supplies for event. Grass will be mowed and maintained. Trampoline and tree swing available for use. Pets are allowed. Exotic pets are allowed. Outside catering is welcomed. No fridge onsite.
This is a private property, therefore homeowner will be present 3-4 days per week. Homeowner is not responsible for injuries and damaged property. House can be used for photo shoots, as it is a vintage 126 year old home. No water hose or bathroom on site.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
