Health and Safety Measures
To help us prepare the venue for the next guest, we ask that you complete the following before departure:
Remove all personal belongings, decorations, food, and beverages.
Place all trash in the designated trash receptacles.
Break down and remove any items brought into the venue unless prior storage arrangements have been made.
Return any moved tables, chairs, and venue furnishings to their original locations.
Wipe up any spills that occur during your event.
Ensure all vendors have removed their equipment and materials before leaving.
Double-check the space for personal items before departure.
Our team will handle standard cleaning, sanitizing, and floor care after your event. Excessive cleaning, damage, or failure to remove decorations and personal property may result in additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
