Private, open-air terrace overlooking a beautiful canyon view. Conveniently located right off of Adams Blvd. This event space is perfect for intimate gatherings and celebrations of up to 25 guests. Can be used for birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, private fitness classes, photoshoots and more. Floor to ceiling accordion doors connect the terrace to the home's interior living room and kitchen/dining area, as well as a bathroom for guests.
Tables and chairs may be rented for an additional fee. Decorations such as balloons, floral arrangements, signage, and table settings may be provided upon request (please inquire for pricing).

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
