What activities work well in your space? Our upstairs event space is perfect for intimate gatherings, workshops, and creative experiences. The space works beautifully for yoga classes, meditation sessions, wellness workshops, continuing education classes, retreats, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday celebrations, and small group gatherings. It’s especially ideal for events that benefit from a cozy, inspiring atmosphere and a unique historic setting. What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? The space is one open room located on the second floor of a historic building. The open layout allows for flexible setups depending on your event. Tables and chairs can be arranged for classroom-style workshops, circle seating for group discussions, or cleared for yoga, meditation, or movement-based activities. The open design makes it easy to customize the layout to fit your event’s needs. What unique features or amenities does your space have? The space features beautiful exposed brick walls and historic murals that add character and charm. A warm wood ceiling and large arched windows bring in natural light and create a welcoming atmosphere. Guests also have access to a nearby bathroom on the same floor. Please note that the space is located upstairs in a historic building and is accessible by stairs only (no elevator), and there is no kitchen access.

At Sacred Creations, cleanliness and guest comfort are a priority. The space is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before and after every rental. Our cleaning procedures include: • All tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitized between bookings. • Restroom facilities are cleaned, stocked, and checked regularly. • Floors are swept and maintained between events as needed. • Hand sanitizer is available for guests. • Disinfecting wipes are available for guest use during events. • Trash is removed after each rental and the space is reset for the next guest. • A professional cleaning crew services the space on a regular basis to ensure ongoing cleanliness and maintenance. • The venue is inspected before each event to ensure it is clean, organized, and ready for guests. We ask all renters to leave the space in good condition by disposing of trash, removing personal belongings, and completing any agreed-upon cleanup requirements before departure.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
