About the Space
Bright and clean natural light studio in West Asheville. Includes double french doors, two windows, and high ceilings. Small space suitable for headshots, individual or couple’s portraits, or product work. Rental includes two knock-down tables, light stands, backdrop stand, paper backdrops in a variety of neutral colors, smaller colorful vinyl backdrops, and clamps. Lighting equipment is available for an additional fee: this includes two Godox softboxes with Bowens mount and two Elinchrom monolights with Nikon trigger. Elinchrom monolights may also be used with a wired connection to your camera with a 3.5mm sync port (3.5mm sync cable is provided). Parking is available on the street, or at the top of a short driveway in front of the studio.
Also included in the studio is baseboard electric heating, a window AC unit, ample power outlets, daylight balanced ceiling lights, a mini-fridge stocked with drinks, coffee maker, teapot and a small selection of coffees, teas, and snacks.
A restroom and space to change are available in the primary suite of the adjacent home, just across a small patio. Use of this space is included as part of the studio rental. Please note that there are cats and dogs present on the property and in private areas of the adjacent home - if you or your clients have serious allergies or concerns about pets being nearby this studio may not be a good choice for you. The studio is located in West Asheville and is in a quiet, residential area

The studio is cleaned between each user. Please return all items to their original location. Trash and recycling are available on the premises.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
