Seward is a flexible indoor-outdoor venue with nearly 13,000 square feet of gallery, lounge, and support space, plus a private 6,500-square-foot outdoor patio and garden. The property includes a dramatic Main Gallery, two additional gallery rooms, a warm lounge/library, offices, storage, and dual street access—giving brands and producers the ability to create multiple moments within one event. Ideal for brand activations, product launches, pop-up shops, experiential installations, panel discussions, press previews, PR events, content capture, showrooms, private dinners, conferences, gallery exhibitions, and multi-day takeovers. The space is especially well suited for events that need distinct zones: check-in and hospitality, programming or presentation space, VIP areas, product displays, content studios, catering, outdoor lounges, and post-event gatherings. Located minutes from Milk Studios, West Hollywood, Melrose, and Paramount Studios, Seward offers a refined alternative to a conventional studio or blank warehouse—architectural, production-friendly, and ready to be transformed. Capacity varies by layout. The venue can accommodate intimate gatherings through large-format events of approximately 300 seated guests or 500+ standing guests using the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Health and Safety Measures

Add this under the listing’s **Cleaning** section: The space is professionally cleaned and reset between bookings. A dedicated cleaner services the interiors, and the outdoor garden and patio are regularly maintained by a gardener. A cleaning fee applies to all bookings and is determined by the scope of use, including the number of gallery/studio areas reserved, whether the full property is being used, the guest count, and the nature of the event or production. Additional cleaning may apply for larger activations, food and beverage service, extensive setup, or events requiring a more substantial reset.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
