    About Celestive Cloud Studios

    This expansive creative space is designed to accommodate a wide variety of rentals and experiences. Featuring a modern aesthetic and flexible layout, the studio is ideal for photoshoots, content creation, podcast recordings, music recording sessions, video productions, pop-up shops, private events, workshops, and intimate gatherings. Guests will have access to the main studio area, private restroom, kitchen area, and balcony throughout the duration of their rental. Please note that the stove is currently unavailable for guest use. The space includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a television available for guest use, and comfortable seating to accommodate multiple guests. The television is equipped with AirPlay and screen-casting capabilities, making it easy to share presentations, videos, music, or other content. Guests may also enjoy a record player connected to Bluetooth speakers, creating a unique and customizable atmosphere for events, productions, and gatherings. A storage closet is available for guests who require limited storage during their rental. Access to the storage closet is available for a small additional fee and requires a unique access code provided by the host prior to use. Whether you're producing content, hosting an event, recording a podcast, or bringing a creative vision to life, this versatile DTLA space provides the perfect backdrop for your next project.

    Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

    Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition in which it was found. Before checkout, guests must: • Remove all personal belongings, decorations, equipment, and event materials. • Return any moved furniture, seating, and décor items to their original locations. • Wipe up any spills and remove excess food or beverage items. • Place all trash in securely tied trash bags and leave the bagged trash on the balcony area for collection. • Ensure all doors are locked and lights, television, speakers, and other equipment are turned off before departure. A standard cleaning fee may apply; however, excessive messes, stains, damage, glitter, confetti, smoke residue, loose trash, or cleanup beyond normal use may result in additional cleaning charges. Guests are responsible for ensuring the space is vacated by the end of their reservation period, including all setup and breakdown activities.

    Cancellation Policy

    Flexible

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
