From an above ground stucco pool clad in turquoise plaster, an outdoor shower surrounded by lush foliage, a covered outdoor kitchen, seating area with custom furniture by a local design studio, mature specimen garden with rare plants from around the world, to a veranda overlooking the Los Angeles river, a large covered deck area, to an indoor office and living space with a fully functional kitchen and 4 gorgeous skylights set into a wood paneled vaulted ceiling, stone countertops, Noguchi hanging lamp and disco ball, stucco bathroom, and current furniture install with vintage pieces, this the perfect layout for a wide range of productions. Lighting is beautiful throughout the day, with morning sun coming into parts of the office and bathroom, pool, and outdoor shower, and filtered throughout the covered deck, midday being the most direct light in the garden, and softer afternoon light in the office and upstairs veranda.
