About Ladaholm at the Holmstead Studio
About 700sqft of open space without props (although the adjacent studio with props is available to rent also). All white floor to ceiling with reclaimed windows throughout. Most of the windows open for a wide variety of shooting and vibes. This was used as a barn for many years until our conversion this year. By the Fall of 2026, we will have heat and air via a minisplit to make it more comfortable. This space also rents for events, but this listing is for photography only. The floor slants towards the arched window where it levels.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean our spaces regularly and do our best to keep our white floor completely white, but do expect flaws as the floor is the original concrete poured in the 1950s. It's beautiful. We also hire a professional pest service to help in this area, but this is the countryside and we do have the occasional insect.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
