We have 100+ comfortable chairs available plus couches and seating areas. Seating for up to 125 people. We have 25 professional 6-feet and 5-feet tables. We can also remove furniture from the spaces if needed for additional fees. We also offer up to 13 clothing racks for rent. We are conveniently located only two blocks from Times Square and 4 blocks from Penn Station. There is street parking after 7:00PM during the week and free parking on Sundays. Additionally, there are several parking garages in our area. Our neighborhood offers a great selection of restaurants, artisan coffee shops, catering options and mainstream brands like Starbucks and Co. Our venue loft is one of the most beautiful and affordable spots available in Manhattan, and it will help you to impress even the most sophisticated clients and guests. The event loft Studio 1701 has about 2,500 sq. ft of open space but also has a welcoming entrance area and an adjacent conference room which can be added to your rental, large 100” smart TV, professional 6000W sound system, 4 mics system, and ultra-fast 2,000 Mbps Wi-Fi internet. Additional TVs and wireless video signal splitter can be rented from us if needed. The studio loft is equipped with a kitchenette and refrigerator, sink, tea kettle, premium Keurig coffee maker and a hot/cold filtered water dispenser. The studio has also two private bathrooms and additional bathrooms are available in the hallway.
