Health and Safety Measures

The studio is cleaned and reset before each booking. High-touch areas such as door handles, seating areas, tables, makeup station surfaces, restroom areas, and commonly used surfaces are wiped down between bookings. Floors are swept or vacuumed as needed, trash is removed, and the studio is returned to a clean, professional condition before each guest arrives. Guests are expected to remove any personal items, props, wardrobe, food, drinks, and production materials at the end of their booking. Please return furniture and approved props to their original location and leave the space in the same condition it was received. Basic cleaning is handled by the host, but excessive mess, spills, damage, or items left behind may require additional attention.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
