Health and Safety Measures
We take great pride in maintaining our property to provide a clean, beautiful, and welcoming outdoor space for every guest.
* The lawn is mowed and trimmed regularly.
* Flower beds and landscaping are maintained throughout the season.
* Fallen branches, leaves, and other yard debris are removed before each booking.
* Outdoor seating areas are wiped down and inspected.
* Garbage and recycling are emptied between rentals.
* Parking areas and walkways are kept clear and clean.
* We inspect the property before each guest arrives to ensure the grounds are tidy, safe, and ready for use.
Our goal is to provide a naturally beautiful, well-maintained setting so you can enjoy your photography session or event without worrying about the condition of the property. Because our space is surrounded by mature trees and natural landscaping, occasional leaves, pine needles, or other natural debris may fall between cleanings, but we work hard to keep the property looking its best.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
