Tucked into a historic high-rise in the heart of Downtown Dallas, this intimate loft studio is built and equipped for content that needs to look finished, not improvised. A full reclaimed-wood accent wall anchors the space, industrial cable-track lighting and a dedicated spotlight run the ceiling, and a tall black-framed window brings in natural light with a downtown skyline view. Come ready to shoot -- the space includes a teleprompter, C-stands, a fog machine, and a clothing rack for wardrobe changes, plus a futon and two bar stools for seated interviews or talking-head setups. Ideal for UGC, interview/talking-head video, brand content, portraits, and product shots. Kitchen and Wi-Fi on-site. Bring your own camera -- gear rental isn't included.

Between every booking, the space is cleaned by hand -- walls are wiped down, floors are mopped, countertops are sanitized, and windows are cleaned so the space is fresh and ready for your shoot.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
