Guests will have access to the home as well as the backyard, which includes a firepit area for outdoor lounging, conversation, photos, and relaxed social moments. The backyard adds extra flexibility for guests who want both indoor and outdoor space during their booking.
The home offers a warm and welcoming layout with multiple areas that can be used in different ways. The living room can serve as a lounge area, conversation space, filming backdrop, or casual meeting setup. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, sink, and dishwasher, making it useful for light meal prep, refreshments, catering setup, or food-focused content. The bedrooms may be used as private changing areas, prep rooms, holding spaces, or additional content backdrops when approved.
The Westside Social House is located near the Westside BeltLine and offers easy access to Downtown Atlanta, Midtown, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and other popular Atlanta attractions.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned and prepared before each booking to help ensure guests arrive to a fresh, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
Before each reservation, common areas are cleaned, floors are swept and/or mopped, surfaces are wiped down, and high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, countertops, tables, and bathroom surfaces are cleaned. The kitchen and bathroom areas are also reviewed and refreshed prior to guest arrival.
Trash is removed before bookings, and the home is checked to make sure shared areas are neat and ready for use. The backyard and firepit area are also reviewed so guests can enjoy the outdoor space comfortably.
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same general condition it was found. This includes removing personal items, bagging trash, cleaning up food or drink spills, and making sure the kitchen, bathroom, indoor areas, and backyard are left tidy at the end of the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
