An open, purpose-built performance studio in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. Clean lines, premium equipment, and an uncluttered layout that photographs beautifully and gives you room to work — whether you're shooting, training, or teaching.
The studio is a single open training floor with 2400 sq ft and 20+-ft ceilings. An open north facing garage bay door allows for natural light when open, with studio lighting equipment available for use.door facing North. Flooring is black rubber and turf. Walls are dark grey and black. Equipment can be repositioned or moved aside for shoots and events — the layout was built to be completely reconfigurable. Squat rack and full dumbbell rack. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
