About the Space
Our huge loft studio is a stunning flex space perfect for wellness events and classes, listening events, sound baths, photo and film shoots and small events and activations. Our studio is housed on the second floor of a former ice factory. It is an all wooden warehouse with huge windows and skylights. It was recently renovated with gorgeous hardwood floors and a lofted meditation area. We have dimmable track lighting and ceiling fans. We can provide props for yoga and pilates classes with advance notice, some may require an additional fee.

The studio is cleaned and disinfected daily. Events with food or more than 10 people may require additional cleaning
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
