About the Space

This space is attached to a historic building that used to be a Theater back in the 1800s and is now a Masonic Lodge. The space available was renovated as a private club for the Lodge and offers 3 unique space to film scenes in. There is an old safe inside the space that is used as storage but can be used for anything film wise. The front room can be used as a small, local bar and lounge. The next room can be used as an area for people playing poker as it has a poker table and the back room can be used as an area to capture people playing pool. The entire space can be used as a complete bar and lounge. There is also a basement you can film some creepy scenes in as well.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
