Comfortable studio space ideal for talk shows, podcasts, skits, and any other creative video ideas. Rate includes access to space and green screen with all lights, but does not include access to control room, please see add-ons. Studio includes: Full control room with engineer. (Optional) Green screen. Tricaster A/V mixer. Blackmagic hyperdeck and hyperdeck shuttles. 4K cameras with 1080p delivery. Can record 3 individual ISOs along with PGM. 3 Sony PTZ cameras. QSC Mix 30 sound mixer. Ceiling-mounted LED lights. 2 studio video monitors. 2 TV screens that can show your own graphics. Couch, love seat, seats. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles or production vans. Stair access only to second floor. *Note: We recommend to please bring your own internal SSDs if using our control room. There is an additional charge to have footage sent to you.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
