Ideal for tech launches, tech talks, media productions, art events, and creative gatherings. 🌆 Rooftop ｜ Skyline Views & Gatherings A spacious rooftop atop the tallest building on the block, with unobstructed 360 degree skyline views. A lovely setting for fresh air, conversation, and enjoying the city. 👗 Third Floor ｜ Bright Open Loft A sunlit loft with skyline views, seating for 50+ guests, a TV for presentations, a mic and a speaker for giving talks, and a kitchen for refreshments and pop ups. 💻 Second Floor ｜ Showroom & Offices Quiet spaces with premium acoustics for showrooms, private viewings, and temporary offices. Bookings for 1 to 5 guests are limited to one private room on this floor, shown in photo 5, and do not include access to other areas. For larger events, the second floor can be added for $200 per hour. For events with more than 100 guests, use of the second floor is required, with guests spread across the second floor, third floor, and rooftop. 📍 Location & Convenience Private garage, over 40 metered street parking spaces within two blocks, and a public parking garage one block away. Please note that the building does not have an elevator or wheelchair accessible access. Upper floors and the rooftop are accessible by stairs only. 🌿 Rooftop Guidelines To help everyone enjoy the rooftop safely, alcohol is not permitted on the rooftop. Please stay clear of the edges and never climb, sit on, or lean over the railings. The event organizer is responsible for sharing these guidelines with guests and helping ensure they are followed. Please keep rooftop umbrellas closed during windy conditions, as strong gusts may cause them to tip over. If you open an umbrella, please fully close and secure it after use and before leaving the rooftop. 🧹 Cleaning & Trash Cleaning fees are additional and do not include trash removal. Guests must remove all trash from the property before the end of their booking.
