About the Space

Welcome to our bright and versatile 750 sq. ft. studio located in the heart of Downtown Concord, New Hampshire. Designed with flexibility in mind, this space is ideal for dance rehearsals, yoga and Pilates classes, fitness sessions, photography, video production, workshops, meetings, auditions, private lessons, and small events. The open floor plan features full-wall mirrors, soft cushioned flooring, a reception/check-in area, and plenty of room to create, teach, rehearse, or host your next event. The studio offers a clean, modern environment that can easily be adapted to fit your needs. Guests also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth speaker, a private entrance, restroom access, and convenient downtown parking within walking distance. For everyone's safety and security, the studio is equipped with a few Wi-Fi-enabled security cameras monitoring the entrance, reception area, and main studio space. These cameras are used solely for security and property protection. There are no cameras in restrooms or any private areas. Whether you're looking for a professional space to teach weekly classes, film content, host a workshop, or celebrate a special occasion, our studio provides a welcoming, affordable, and flexible venue without the commitment of a long-term lease. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in providing a clean, well-maintained space for every guest. The studio is thoroughly cleaned and inspected between each booking, including sanitizing high-touch surfaces such as door handles, tables, chairs, mirrors, and restroom fixtures. Floors are swept and mopped as needed, trash is removed, and supplies are restocked before each reservation. We ask all guests to leave the space in the same condition they found it by disposing of trash, returning furniture and equipment to their original locations, and removing all personal belongings before departure. This helps ensure every guest enjoys a clean and welcoming environment.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
