A standard cleaning fee is included with each booking and covers routine cleaning after the event, including sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, and normal trash removal. Before leaving, guests are responsible for: Placing all trash in trash bags and remove from the property. Removing all decorations, food, beverages, equipment, and personal belongings. Wiping up spills immediately and notifying the host of any stains or damage. Returning tables, chairs, and furniture to their original locations. Leaving the kitchen, restroom, flex space, and outdoor areas reasonably clean. Completing all cleanup within the reserved booking time. Glitter, confetti, silly string, and similar difficult-to-clean materials are not permitted without prior approval. Excessive mess, abandoned property, stains, damage, or cleanup beyond normal use will be documented and submitted through Peerspace for review. Guests are not expected to professionally clean the space, but it must be left in a respectful, broom-clean condition.
