Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, the open layout allows you to create an event that feels completely your own. Guests can enjoy several distinct outdoor spaces throughout the property. Our large covered lounge deck offers comfortable seating in a cozy, relaxed setting protected from the sun. It’s an ideal place for conversation, relaxing, or taking a break from the main celebration. Soft lighting throughout the space creates a warm atmosphere as the sun goes down. The covered dining area provides another dedicated space for guests to gather and enjoy food together, while our outdoor food setup area includes two tables and food racks to help make serving and organizing your event easier. Kitchen access may be available for food preparation purposes only, depending on your booking arrangements. The property also features an upper deck, providing additional usable space that can be customized for your event setup. Additional tables and chairs are not automatically provided beyond the existing seating shown in the listing photos, so guests planning larger events may arrange rentals to accommodate their specific guest count. Street parking is available in the surrounding area; please note that the private driveway is not available for guest parking. The Gray Space is a wonderful setting for birthday celebrations, family gatherings, graduation parties, bridal and baby showers, engagement celebrations, repasts, church gatherings, networking events, girls' nights, small receptions, photo shoots, dinner parties, and other special occasions. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas, and responsible alcohol consumption is permitted for guests of legal drinking age. Music is welcome within the property's event guidelines and must be lowered or turned off at the designated time in accordance with house rules and neighborhood considerations.
